Custom Details in Every Room
The upper floor's centerpiece is the guest bedroom, which features sliding doors and a closet that is both small and useful. The fireplace is coated in thin brick, and the floating shelves are made of recycled barn wood (wood from the land), which combines rustic beauty with sustainability.
Not only the shelves, but also the custom handrails were made using reclaimed wood extracted from the property itself. Here is a real example of how it is possible to integrate sustainable solutions into the process of building modern homes. A solution that generates savings for the client without sacrificing the desired style.
Personalized Comfort
The home also has a bar area with a minibar and a hammered copper sink. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet with a custom system, as well as elegant finishes around the windows. The ceiling on the upper floor is covered with a "nickel gap" finish, precisely adjusted to the dark fir beams, creating a harmonious look.
