ICF Foundations in the Black Hills for Luxury Home Build
The Black Hills are not a forgiving place to build. Frost line runs deep, wind hits hard off the ridges, and the soil changes every few miles. A foundation that works in Rapid City flatland may not work on a Spearfish Canyon slope. A foundation that works in a Custer granite cut may not work on Meade County clay. The homes we build here have to stand up to freeze-thaw cycles, seasonal moisture swings, and wind loads that most of the country never sees.
